YG041 Easy Operation Raw Cotton Impurity Analyzer
Brief Introduction:
It is used to test the impurity quality of raw cotton, cotton rolls, raw strips and the defective content of cotton chemical fibers.
This machine uses the principle of the difference in the specific gravity of fiber and impurity, and separates fiber and impurity under the action of air flow and centrifugal force after combing.
Main Structure:
This machine is mainly composed of wall panels, cotton feeding devices, barbed rollers, fans and transmission devices and other main components.
Each component has two vertical wall panels connected into a whole. The entire body and transmission parts, motors, and electrical devices are all within the housing.
The cotton roller is individually driven by a special special slow speed motor, and the cotton feeding speed is controlled as needed through the universal transfer switch.
There is a lighting device above the impurity box in the machine, equipped with a low-voltage (24V) 20W electric light.
The red button on the electrical button board is the stop button and the green button is the start button.
