Transformer oil is very important to the reliability, performance, and lifetime of a transformer. The oil should be free from moisture, dissolved gases, particles, etc. Even some new oils may require treatment to an acceptable level before being injected into the transformer. 

Our ZJA Series Transformer Oil Purifier is professional for the treatment of transformer oil, it can efficiently remove water, gases, acid, particles, etc. from the oil. 

With the advantages of high working vacuum, high filtration speed, and oil quality protection, the filter advances the oil treatment technique and equipment performance, and one can raise the puncture voltage up to over 35V. 

ZJA Mobile Type Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier can be installed by a sealed regular or movable with a trailer, so it is suitable to treat oil, fill oil in a vacuum chamber, and circulate dry hot oil when the large transformer is being installed and overhauled.
