Brief Introduction:
The smoldering combustion test furnace is mainly used for testing the fire resistance performance of external wall insulation systems in buildings.
It is suitable for testing the smoldering characteristic of insulation materials in building external insulation systems.
This test method is Appendix C of BS 8414 "Fire performance of external cladding systems Test method for non-loadbearing external cladding systems", which is the smoldering characteristic test method.
