Product Description

NCF ISO1182 Noninflammable Material Non-Combustibility Tester by Vertical Tube Furnace is designed and manufactured in accordance with EN ISO1182 standard, it is mainly for building products testing.

NCF is mainly used in the non-combustibility test for building materials and is suitable for the classification of the combustion performance of Class A fireproof materials.

NCF is suitable for both composite products and materials of the components testing.

NCF also complies with BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP Part 1 standards. So, it can also test UK building materials, railway materials, and non-metallic products of the vessel.

NCF ISO 1182 Non-Combustion Test Equipment measures the in-combustibility and combustibility of uniform building material and non-uniform building material of actual element.

The evaluations (results) are the rising temperature in the furnace, basic mass loss, and ignition of the specimen.

Single Zone Furnace operable at up to 900 oC with the Kantha l Ribbon Heater.

750±5oC temperature automatically controlled by PID and Power controller.

Provided with stabilized voltage supply for quicker temperature stabilization.

Equipped with 3 thermocouples, for temperature in furnace, specimen center, and specimen surface respectively.
360-degree rotatable and height adjustable thermocouple scanning device.

Inner furnace thermocouple device to calibrate the temperature of the furnace.
